Avaz IIyas oglu Gojayev was born in Ayyubly village, Tovuz district on 1959.

He has higher education. Graduated from the department of “Industry and civil engineering” of Azerbaijan Engineering and Construction Institute in 1985.

Served in the Military in 1977-1979.

Began his carrier as a technical controller at the Housing – Communal Unit 80 in Binagady district, Baku city in 1980.

Engineer at Housing – Communal Unit 83 in Binagady district, Baku city in 1982-1986;

Head of Housing – Communal Unit 102 in Binagady district, Baku city in 1986-1993;

Inspection – accountant at the Housing unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 1993; 

Deputy on Construction and landscaping of the Binagady District Executive Power of Baku city in 1993-1999;

Lead engineer – inspector at the Housing subdivision of Housing – Communal Unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan in  2000-2001;

Head of the Housing – Communal Unit of “Azeravtonagliyyat” State Concern in 2001-2002;

Head of the computer subdivision of Housing – Communal unit of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2002-2003;

Deputy chief of the production unit of “Yolnagliyyatservis” Department, head of the Advertisement unit, Head of “Yolreklamservis” LLC in 2003-2008;

Head of “Operation of Automobile Roads and Advertisement” LLC under “Azeryolservis” Open Joint – stock Company in 2008-2015.

Temporarily acted in the capacity of deputy head of “Azeravtoyol” Open Joint – stock Company in 2015- 2017.

Deputy head of “Azeravtoyol” Open Joint – stock Company from March 10 2017 through December 21 2017. 

Deputy Head of the Managerial Board of the State Agency for Azerbaijan Automobile Roads since December 21 2017.

Member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2000. Head of YAP First Party Organization of the State Agency for Azerbaijan Automobile Roads since 2015. 

Took part at the military operations to ensure territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan and was awarded a war veteran status. 

He is married and has 3 (three) children. 

Husnu Alakbar oglu Guliyev was born in Sirab village, Babak district, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in 1962.

He has higher education. Graduated with distinction from the department “commodity research of grocery products and organization of their commerce” of Baku Cooperative Technical school and qualified as commodity researcher in 1984 and graduated from the department of “General economy” of Odlar Yurdu University and qualified as finance and credit specialist in 2002.

Served in the Military in 1980-1982.

Manager at Babak district Consumption Union in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in 1984-1991;

Deputy procurement manager at Repair – Construction Trust of “Azerkinovideo” Production Union in 1991-1997;

Director at “Vusal” firm in 1998-2015;

Head of “ Landscape Gardening of Automobile Roads 02” LLC under “Azeravtoyol” Open Joint – stock Company in 2015-2016.

Temporarily acted in the capacity of deputy manager of “Azeravtoyol” Open Joint – stock Company in 2016- 2017.

Deputy manager of “Azeravtoyol” Open Joint – stock Company from March 10 2017 through December 21 2017.

Deputy Chairman of the Managerial Board of the State Agency for Azerbaijan Automobile Roads since December 21 2017.
