Saleh Mammadov, the Chairman of the Managerial Board of the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads, exchanged views with the President and CEO of the International Road Federation, Patrick Sankey, on the future prospects of cooperation.
The meeting took place within the framework of Saleh Mammadov’s participation in the event dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the International Road Federation held in Phoenix, US.
Mammadov gave detailed information about the successes achieved in the field of road infrastructure in Azerbaijan and the important projects implemented and continued by the agency. He noted that the renewal of the road infrastructure in the country is one of the main issues that President Ilham Aliyev is focusing on.
Sankey, in turn, highly appreciated Azerbaijan’s ranking in the top ranks among world countries in terms of the quality of highways.
